My most Terrible accommodation experience ever !
Positive: The location is good for people without car. It’s in the center.
Negative: 1. No basic electric appliance , like hair dryer !
it made us unable to dry our hair and get rest soon.
2. Bed sheet and duvet cover set are dirty! The bed buds bite our arms and legs to make us unable to sleep well! TIL now, our arms and legs are still full of red and itchy bud bites !!!
3. You couldn’t call the customer service / host to have direct conversation on call. You can only wait for minutes to chat via message box. We were very helpless during the stay.
